This page provides the facility of sending messages via email for the attention of our Doctors or Nurses. These emails will be brought to the attention of the Doctor or Nurse best able to deal with your query.

You may also request repeat prescription from the Surgery via this email service.  This will take the usual 48 hours to turn around. If your request is not a repeat item on your prescription it may take a little longer to turn round your request.  Prescriptions can be delivered to Boots, High Street, Day Lewis, The Square or Midnight Pharmacy, Swan Street, as part of their daily collection but please allow extra time for this service.  You may also fax your repeat prescription requests to us - 01730 233526.

The following should be noted:

• this is not secure e-mail and so it should be treated as not confidential.  However, you do not have to include your name in the e-mail; if you prefer, you can use the number on the top right-hand corner of your prescription request slip - this is your patient number.
  
• reliability depends on factors that may be out of our control.  It would be helpful to us to know of problems encountered using this mode of communication.
